I've been working out in SFU Gym since last July and I really feel difference now. (Actually, after 3 months)
My bench push made progress from max. 115 lbs to 165 lbs. 115 lbs is now a piece of cake and my starting weight now.
I also made progress in Cardio. I can easily run for half hour burnt 400+ calories.
My current task is to burn the fat in waist and abdomen to build my body in better shape.
Keep going!
